The Love Stained Cross (2000)

Project One Records

The Love Stained Cross features the title cut written by Michael Frost. Songs include: I Go To The Rock, I Remember The Day, Where The Flowers Of God Shall Bloom, Out Of The Dust, Clear Title To A Mansion, I Won't Take Less Than Your Love, Joy In The Morning, For God So Loved The World, There Is A River, Thank You Lord For Your Blessings On Me and Roses Will Bloom Again; sang by Candie's four-year-old son, Tyler.

Favorites (1998)

Project One Records

Each member of The Frosts picked their favorite gospel songs to sing on this project.  Two of the songs featured a guest vocal by Amanda's sister, Patricia, who is also pictured on the cover of the project. The Frosts acapella version of "We Shall Wear A Crown" became the project's most requested song.  The project features Mark Faine (of Ricky Skaggs and Kentucky Thunder) on bass guitar.  Songs include a rousing version of Heaven's Jubilee, It Sure Sounds Like Angel's To Me, and more.

By Request (1996)

The project's title says it all.  Each song was recorded at the request of friends, fans and family.  The Frosts' version of "How Great Thou Art" highlights the album.

Until I Reach Home (1994)

This project included five original compositions by The Frosts, one being the title track. The collection also features "Children Go," an audience favorite at each of The Frosts' live singings.

Because He Lives (1992)

Recorded in Nashville, TN, "Because He Lives" consists of songs The Frosts had grew up singing, including acapella tunes. "Seems Like Only Yesterday," written by a friend of The Frosts, became the project's most popular song.

Classic Recordings

The Frost's first studio project when the singers were only 14 years old. Colleen Addair, music director at WIVK FM 107.7 in Knoxville, TN, said, "How do you describe harmony so tight it gives you chill bumps as big as Texas?  The Frosts."  Jimmy Lance of the Eddie Arnold Orchestra said, "While visiting upper East Tennessee I had the opportunity to observe a group of young musicians at their very first recording session.  Their natural talent combined with their hard work and dedication left a lasting impression on me.  A future as sparkling as frost on a sun-drenched morning can be their."  The tape features top notch dobro and guitar pickin'.  Several original songs are featured on the recording, including "Apples In A Seed," written by Kim Williams, a very successful Nashville songwriter.  The song's message about a Sunday School teacher who taught "anyone can count the seeds in an apple, but only God can count the apples in a seed," allowed the song to receive widespread radio airplay.  It has become the most requested song of The Frosts.
